If battery optimization is required, the battery pack is removed from the vehicle and carefully disassembled.
rebalance
The rebalancing and charging system interfaces directly with the battery pack, enabling technicians to simultaneously equalize the voltage across up to 96 cells while performing a controlled charging cycle.
REASSEMBLY
The battery pack is carefully reassembled and sealed to ensure airtightness. The pack is then reinstalled into the vehicle, restored and ready for operation.

Battery X is a development stage technology company, at the forefront of the electric vehicle (EV) industry, developing innovative technologies to diagnose and extend the health and lifespan of lithium-ion batteries. It is estimated that nearly 40 million EVs, Plug-in Hybrid EVs, and Hybrid-EVs currently on the road around the world are anticipated to exceed their warranties by 2031, leaving EV owners susceptible to degrading batteries, which in part can be due to battery cell imbalance.
