INVESTMENT HIGHLIGHTS

  • In collaboration with a global top 20 university, Battery X Metals is pioneering lithium-ion battery metal recovery technologies to support a circular economy and address potential shortages of critical metals in the battery supply chain. With a focus on recovering battery-grade metals such as lithium, nickel, cobalt, manganese, copper, and graphite from "black mass". Its proprietary eco-friendly froth flotation process optimizes metal recovery while retaining metals in their oxide form, unlike traditional hydrometallurgical and pyrometallurgical methods that require additional steps. This approach minimizes environmental impact and energy consumption, ensuring a more efficient recycling process and a stable supply of critical battery metals.

  • Battery X Metals has developed an innovative hardware and software device that performs rapid battery health diagnostic and cell rebalancing to extend lithium-ion battery lifespan by years, validated by the National Research Council of Canada (NRC).

  • 100% ownership of Y Lithium Project in Northern Saskatchewan which holds significant potential, and 100% of two lithium exploration projects located in Nunavik, QC and Abitibi, QC, contributing to our mission to meet the growing demand for battery metals to advance North America’s clean energy transition.

about battery x metals

Battery X Metals Inc. (CSE:BATX) (OTCQB:BATXF) (FSE:5YW0, WKN:A40X9W) is a clean energy technology and resource exploration company dedicated to advancing North America’s clean energy transition through the development of proprietary technologies and domestic critical battery metal exploration. The Company focuses on three core business verticals: battery diagnostics and rebalancing, battery material recovery, and AI-driven mineral exploration.

Through its wholly-owned subsidiary Battery X Rebalancing Technologies Inc., the Company is developing proprietary, patent-pending hardware and software designed to diagnose and extend the remaining useful lifespan of lithium-ion batteries used in electric vehicles (EVs). The Company’s lithium-ion battery rebalancing platform restores degraded batteries by correcting up to 99% of cell imbalances within battery packs, offering an environmentally friendly and cost-effective alternative to full battery replacement. Real-world trials have demonstrated significant improvements in EV driving range following rebalancing, validating the technology’s potential to reduce waste and extend remaining useful battery life.

The Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary Battery X Recycling Technologies Inc., in collaboration with a globally recognized top-20 university, is pioneering advanced lithium-ion battery material recovery processes that support a circular economy and reduce environmental impact. Its proprietary eco-friendly froth-flotation technology enables efficient recovery of graphite, lithium, nickel, cobalt, manganese, and copper from end-of-life lithium-ion batteries, achieving up to 97 percent graphite recovery and over 96 percent metal-oxide purity while minimizing process time and energy consumption.

Battery X Metals is also advancing AI-assisted exploration under a joint venture framework with TerraDX Discoveries Inc. and MineMind Metals Inc. This initiative leverages TerraDX’s proprietary AI targeting models and NVIDIA Inception Program resources to identify high-probability mineral targets across Nevada, USA. The project applies machine learning to large, complex geological datasets to accelerate discoveries of lithium, graphite, nickel, cobalt, and manganese, strengthening the domestic battery-metal supply chain.

The Company continues to advance traditional geological exploration at its 100 percent owned Y Lithium Project near Bailey Lake, Saskatchewan. The project spans 5,855 hectares (14,470 acres) and is highly prospective for lithium-cesium-tantalum (LCT) pegmatites. A 2025 high-resolution LiDAR and orthophoto survey enhanced geological understanding and identified multiple priority exploration targets for a future Phase I field program. Battery X Metals also holds 100 percent interests in the Nunavik, QC Leaf River Project and Abitibi, QC Reservoir-Dozios Project, both located in active lithium exploration regions adjacent to significant discoveries by Eureka Lithium and Sayona Mining.

In addition to its lithium and battery-metal projects, the Company holds the Belanger Property, an NI 43-101 compliant gold and copper exploration project in Red Lake, Ontario, comprising 105 claims across 2,100 hectares in proximity to Kinross Gold’s Sobel and Great Bear properties.

With a strong portfolio of advanced technologies, exploration assets, and academic partnerships, Battery X Metals is positioned to become an emerging leader in lithium-ion battery technology, recycling innovation, and critical-metal resource development. The Company remains focused on advancing sustainability, operational efficiency, and circular-economy principles across the battery value chain.
