AI Critical Mineral Exploration

The AI Exploration Initiative is an advanced mineral exploration program led by Battery X Metals Inc., through its wholly owned subsidiary Battery X Discoveries Inc., in partnership with TerraDX Discoveries Inc. The initiative focuses on applying artificial intelligence and machine learning to identify and prioritize high-probability targets for critical battery metals across the state of Nevada, USA. This program represents a key pillar of Battery X Metals’ 360° strategy, which integrates advanced exploration, sustainable material recovery, and battery lifespan-extension technologies to strengthen North America’s domestic battery metals supply chain. Nevada was selected for its exceptional geological potential and strategic role in the U.S. energy transition. The state hosts approximately 85% of America’s known lithium deposits and remains the nation’s only producer of lithium, underscoring its importance to the development of a secure and sustainable battery metal ecosystem. Initial phases of the initiative have focused on the application of TerraDX’s proprietary AI model to a curated set of approximately 60 geological, geochemical, and geophysical datasets, sourced from both public and private domains. These datasets include key geological indicators correlated with known lithium-bearing regions and form the foundation for AI-driven prospectivity analysis. Early results from the preliminary prospectivity modelling identified multiple new zones exhibiting geological patterns consistent with known lithium mineralization. This success demonstrates the capability of AI to detect complex relationships that may not be apparent through traditional exploration methods, significantly enhancing efficiency and accuracy in early-stage targeting.

PROJECT OVERVIEW SUMMARY

Battery X Metals’ AI Exploration Initiative combines artificial intelligence, machine learning, and geological expertise to modernize mineral discovery for the clean energy transition. The project leverages TerraDX’s AI-based mineral targeting model, capable of identifying subtle correlations across multi-dimensional geological datasets to pinpoint new, previously underexplored zones of interest. This initiative forms a cornerstone of the Company’s strategy to build a vertically integrated platform for battery metal discovery, recovery, and reuse, positioning Battery X Metals at the intersection of technology and resource development.

EXPLORATION STRATEGY SUMMARY

Data Preparation and Processing:

Approximately 60 publicly and privately sourced geological datasets were compiled, cleaned, and processed to train TerraDX’s proprietary AI system. Advanced feature engineering techniques were applied to enhance the model’s ability to recognize patterns consistent with known lithium mineralization.

Prospectivity Modelling:

AI-driven prospectivity analysis successfully identified multiple zones exhibiting geological similarities to Nevada’s known lithium districts, confirming the model’s predictive capability.Secondary Modelling Phase:The project has now entered a secondary phase focused on exclusion mapping and predictive refinement. This step will narrow broad prospectivity regions into discrete, high-confidence targets suitable for future field validation and potential project acquisition opportunities.

Next Steps:

Upcoming phases will emphasize refining AI-derived targets, validating predictive accuracy through ground truthing, and assessing potential claim acquisition opportunities across Nevada’s most promising zones.
